Hi there people i never dated or tell a girl i love her since i never one close. How do i break this shy like habit?. When i was at school i was shy to admit until i finish and i use to be scared to do such things as dating or going out with a girl.? Do you know a movie or book i can read?

Ladies i notice when girls are sitting with their legs are crossed they always start dancing their foot around sometimes aggressively and i also see them twitching their foot up and down or from side to side really fast.Do girls do this to be noticed ever? Is it a habit?
